Information on Right of Repeal
Right of Repeal: You can repeal your contract statement within two weeks without mention of cause in form of text ( for example letter, fax or email, ) or by shipping the article back. The term begins at the earliest at the moment of receipt of this information. To uphold the term it suffices to send us your repeal in text form, or ship the article to us, within time. You direct your repeal to the address on your order confirmation.
Repeal Implications: In case of a valid repeal the mutually received transactions are to be mutually returned, as well as, if necessary, derived assets ( for example interest. ) In case you can't return the article entirely or partly, or return it in a deteriorated condition, you are to allow us replacement of value. When handing over merchandise, the above is not valid, when the deterioration of the merchandise has originated exclusively from testing it, alike for instance could have happened to you in the company shop.
